Congratulations to the bmibaby team for picking up the innovation in travel and leisure award from econsultancy last night!
This is the result of the on-going myeurope Instagram campaign, which has seen 25,000+ pieces of user generated content being uploaded.
This is a phenomenal response rate for an online campaign, especially for one where users actively have to participate by creating, uploading and tagging an image.

Some superb news to round off the week, Rabbit campaigns have been short-listed three times for the Revolution Awards - best travel campaign (bmibaby), best use of online PR (bmibaby) and best use of social media (Gatwick).

More awards success for Rabbit last night where campaigns for Gatwick (best use of social media in a crisis) and bmibaby (best digital travel campaign) won gold at the Digital Impact Awards

Over the past eighteen months we’ve been fortunate enough to work with (London) Gatwick Airport, a client that really believes in integrating social media into their organisational DNA.
That belief in using online social tools to make a difference has now been recognised at the Simpliflying Awards, held at the Eye For Travel conference in Amsterdam.

More award success from Rabbit, this time at the PRCA Awards where we’ve been short-listed for two of our campaigns.

At Rabbit we’ve had the best possible start to the week after finding out that two client campaigns have won their respective categories at the Digital Impact Awards!

Yesterday evening, our work with (client) Gatwick Airport was recognised with the award of the CorpComms DigiAward for the Best Use of Digital in Customer Services.
Our campaign over the past year has allowed us to really prove the advantages of a cohesive social media policy and communications strategy and we’re over the moon to have this recognised in these industry awards (having previously won awards from the CIPR and econsultancy).

Over the past year we’ve been given the chance to really show how social media can make a difference for (client) Gatwick Airport. Last night those efforts were recognised by the CIPR when Rabbit and Gatwick won social media campaign of the year!
Integrating various different elements from round the clock Twitter crisis support, to giant mobile barcodes to bring construction work to life, we’ve constantly been looking at how online tools can be used to improve the passenger / airport information flow.
Or, in the words of the CIPR judges: “This was a thorough, creative, innovative and insightful programme putting Gatwick at the technological cusp of communication and customer service.”

A year after opening our doors we’ve had our first award win!
The work we did for Gatwick Airport has resulted in Gatwick getting the ‘innovation in online customer services’ accolade in the econsultancy Innovation Awards.

A year ago today we opened our doors as a brand new agency with a mission to bridge the gap between digital and online PR shops. Or as we put it to both make stuff and get it talked about.
